Dry bearing metal bush
Choose from a rich selection of materials! The load capacity can be improved by designing oil holes, grooves, etc., according to lubrication conditions.
"Metallic bushings" are bearing materials made of a two-layer or three-layer structure of aluminum alloy or copper alloy on a steel backing, featuring high mechanical strength and capable of being used under high-speed and high-load operating conditions in lubricated environments. Depending on the application, usage conditions, and lubrication conditions, a wide variety of materials can be selected, and the load capacity can be improved through design adaptations such as oil holes and grooves based on lubrication conditions. Additionally, some dry bearings (non-lubricated bearings) are also used under lubricated conditions. 【Features】 ■ High mechanical strength ■ Bearing materials made of a two-layer or three-layer structure of aluminum alloy or copper alloy on a steel backing ■ Usable under high-speed and high-load operating conditions in lubricated environments ■ Wide selection of materials based on application, usage conditions, and lubrication conditions ■ Load capacity can be improved through design adaptations such as oil holes and grooves based on lubrication conditions *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
